Corny corn thanks

I usually save my best project for last.  I didn’t get to use Lawn Fawn Happy Feast last year for the Thanksgiving holiday card, so I wanted to make sure I used it this year.  I drowned the corn in yellow and clear wink of stella glitter pen.  I love the mama elephant index card femme frame type to make my cards.  It makes it cute, sturdy and easy to whip up cards in minutes.  I didn’t actually mind fussy cutting the corn as I watched Criminal Minds on tv.

Thank you in a wreath

I am looking at this card and realizing that I should have stamped the thank you in a reddish/pinkish color.  oh wells.  This card was inspired by W plus 9 Easter Blessing stamp set.  I believe there was a card made by Dawn that I got inspired to make this.  I am surprised that I didn’t take my wink of stella clear marker and just swiped the whole front.  The card still has a softness to it that I love.

Thank you cactus tag

I have been into tags these days.  I been reading a lot more and with all my paper supplies… I don’t have many bookmarks!  This tag die from Mama Elephant makes a perfect shape to use in my books.  I reach for it a lot.  The sentiment is from Mama Elephant Many Thanks and Simon Says Stamp Cups and Succulents stamp.  I don’t have a real succulent on my desk. I guess I just have to stare at the tag.

 thank you cactus

Celebrate Together To the Moon

Here is a 12 by 12 layout I made.  I went to Tuesday Morning and found a pack of Studio Calico, Story time, Good night moon paper.  Thought it was perfect for this challenge and I know I would be using this whole pack scrap booking.  This picture was taken this past weekend.  Both of my close friends are both expecting a girl!  So thrilled and happy for them.

Night friend Sky Moon

Distress ink and blending scarred me for a while… (a year?) I been slowly collecting distress ink with whatever sales that I could find.  I love sky scenes.  As I was googling sky pictures, I actually change my desktop to a starry night sky for inspiration.  I couldn’t find a really good place for my sentiment.  So I decided to put a vellum layer on top.
