Beware of the Coffee Monster!

He will come and eat and drink all your coffee!

I had fun with this card.  I combined three stamp set to do this.  The monster is from a recollections set and I used the Paper Smooches cyber cafe set and another coffee/tea set that I don’t know the name of.  I put the coffee cup on twine so it swings back and forth.

Mind If I goggle at you?

The weather is so terrible here in Atlanta, GA!! I kinda feel bad because I was complaining how it took me 1 hour and 40mins to get home(usually takes 35mins) when so many people were stuck in gridlock for over 6 hours plus++ eeeeks.  So naturally… I took a nap and made some cards =)

This card made me laugh.  The stamp set is from There she goes.  I was going to cut out the inside of the glasses, but I loved the pattern and decided to keep it.  More of a creeper/funny card.

Inspired by… hearts

Hi… So I secretly stalk Yainea blog.  I am such a great stalker that I don’t have to look at her name to spell it right!  The inspiration for my card today came from her card.  Instead of stars I used hearts. I picked out pattern paper from the autumn collection from Studio Calico.  The hearts came from a memory box die and the sentiment is from bake me a cake from Lawn Fawn.

A is for… Attention

My last card for the night.  A is for… Attention!  I used a new hero arts stamp I got from Joann’s.  I stamped it on Neenah desert storm cardstock with Color box chalk chestnut roan and I love how it turned out!  I would have done some distressing on the edge, but my inks were in containers too far away.  I realized that I need to put it back where I can reach for them easily.  It’s only when you move something, you realize how much you miss them.  I stamped the ticket with a Tim Holtz stamp and I loooove the vintage look it  gives.  The back ground is from abroad 6×6 paper pack from Studio Calico and I found a green ticket from my scrapbooking stash.  Always need to pay attention when traveling!

Inspired by… airplanes!

Hello..

I love these inspired by Lawnscaping DT designer cards.  This card is also inspired by Yainea.  See card here. This was a great challenge to combine it with Simon Says Stamp Challenge: A is for… airplanes!  I used a pattern paper from Here and There from Studio Calico.  When I first got the flying by stamp set.. I didn’t see the purpose of it.  It’s cute but.. not a necessity in a stamp collection.  Of course…. I was wrong.  I already used this three times I didn’t even craft much!  I know that I will be using the stamp more and more.  The stamp set is super cute and it’s soooo easy to fussy cut.  I think that may have won me over.  I used the diamond stickles over the clouds and I love the shininess it gives.  As I was putting the stickles on, I swirled the tip right onto the paper, so it left some spaces to give it some dimension.  All I need is plus one die set and I am good to go.  I love that stamp set for baby cards.
